The Ansin Boot Camp (or A.B.C.) will put participants through an intense workout focused on increasing strength, endurance, and burning calories. The program will also develop agility and flexibility using plyo boxes, jump ropes and resistance bands. Classes are conducted outdoors as well as indoors.
