The City of Miramar, Office of the City Clerk is an authorized acceptance agency for the U.S. Department of State. Applications are processed by appointment Monday through Thursday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Walk-in service is offered twice a month on specific dates.
